Maintenance Support Hours
Every plan includes a block of developer time each month. These are hours with the people who look after your site, set aside for the work that doesn’t fit under routine upkeep: a layout that needs adjusting, a form that has stopped sending, a new section for a campaign, or a question about how something works.
Why do I need this?
Websites are never finished. Small jobs pile up, and without time already set aside they either wait for a budget conversation or get done by whoever is nearest, which is how well-built sites slowly come apart. Having hours in hand means a small fix stays small.
How does a Maverick website maintenance plan help?
Essential comes with 2 hours a month, Premium with 5 and Enterprise with 12. The work is done by developers who already know your codebase, so the time goes on the job rather than on getting up to speed. We track what the hours were spent on and show it in your monthly maintenance report.
If you regularly need more than your plan allows, build a plan around the hours you actually use.
