Backups are only half of the job. Restoring from them properly means working out when the damage happened, choosing a clean restore point, bringing code, files and data back so that they agree with each other, and closing whatever let the problem in. Done carelessly, a restore puts the same weakness straight back online.

Website recovery is part of the Premium and Enterprise plans. We rebuild your site from its code and file backups and database backups, check it over before it goes live again, and fix the route the damage came by.
